By using Paint Online Free ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

We provide a free, in-browser paint studio. No account is required and the core features are free with no watermark. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

2. Your content is yours

You own everything you create. Because the service processes images locally in your browser, we never receive, store, or claim rights over your work. You are responsible for having the rights to any images you open and edit (for example, other people's photos or artwork).

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its hosting.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Browsers can lose locally stored data; export important work regularly. We are not liable for lost artwork, lost data, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Third-party resources

The site loads fonts from a third-party CDN, which is governed by that provider's own terms. Anything you do outside this site — sharing, uploading, printing — is between you and those destinations.

6. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be posted at this URL.
